At Green Valley Ag, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions:

Initiation of Refund Request:

  • You may initiate a refund request within 30 days from the online purchase date, or up to 50 working hours, considering the purchase date as day 0.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email for processing.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The heavy equipment subject to the refund must be physically present on the buyer’s property.
  • Payment for the equipment must be facilitated on the specific property where the equipment is located.
  • The buyer is prohibited from selling or transferring the equipment to a third party after the online purchase date.

Refund Confirmation Period:

  • A 30-day period is required to confirm the buyer’s eligibility for the refund.
  • An inspection, conducted by our program administrator, verifies the current condition of the equipment at the time of purchase.

Conditions for Refund Request:

  • Valid conditions for a refund request include the heavy equipment’s condition remaining the same or improving from the time of purchase.
  • The equipment must also qualify for inspection based on Green Valley Ag Terms & Conditions.

Refund Guarantee Selection:

  • The Refund Guarantee must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added or removed post-selection.
  • The refund period extends from 24 to 48 hours after the buyer receives the transferable receipt confirming the refund from Green Valley Ag.

Equipment Pickup and Responsibilities:

  • After refund confirmation, the heavy equipment remains on the buyer’s property until picked up by Green Valley Ag within 7 working days.
  • The buyer is responsible for costs associated with the marketing process, including inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating equipment pickup.

Losses and Expenses:

  • All losses and expenses related to the heavy equipment during repurchase by Green Valley Ag are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The equipment should not be used commercially and must be maintained in accordance with industrial standards.

Refund Issuance:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original buyer 24 to 48 hours after Green Valley Ag confirms the refund.
  • Green Valley Ag reserves the right to limit the number of items the buyer intends to refund.

By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these combined terms and conditions outlined in the Refund Policy of Green Valley Ag, which now includes a 30-day refund period and consideration for up to 50 working hours.
